Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, advocating for patient needs, and coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing aides, PSWs, and LPNs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Ensure infection control and safety practices are consistently followed
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations

Requirements:

• Active RN license in [Province/State]
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Current CPR/BLS certification
